What are the visiting hours for inpatients?
Visiting hours for general inpatient wards are 10AM–12PM and 4PM–7PM daily. ICU visiting is restricted to immediate family, 11AM–12PM and 5PM–6PM, limited to 2 visitors at a time. Neonatal ICU visiting follows separate protocols — please check with the nursing team directly.
Is parking available at Bethzatha?
Yes. Bethzatha has a dedicated parking area adjacent to the main building with capacity for approximately 60 vehicles. Parking is free for patients and visitors. For overflow, street parking is available along the surrounding roads near the hospital.
Can I walk in without an appointment for non-emergency issues?
Walk-ins are accepted but you may face wait times depending on the day and time. For a smoother experience, booking online or by phone is always recommended. Emergency cases are always seen immediately regardless of booking status.
How do I request a copy of my medical records?
Submit a Medical Records Request form at the Patient Services desk, Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM. Records are prepared within 3 working days. You will need your ID and may be charged a small administrative fee. Lab results and prescriptions are available immediately through the patient portal.
