Yes. For elective surgical procedures, you have the right to request a specific surgeon. For emergency procedures, the surgeon on call will perform the operation — however, Bethzatha's entire surgical team maintains equivalent standards of training and competence.

Bethzatha's physicians see patients only within the hospital facility and during clinic hours. Private consultations outside the hospital are not permitted to maintain the integrity of our medical records system and to protect your continuity of care.

Bethzatha fully supports second opinions. Simply book a consultation with the appropriate specialist, bring your prior records or imaging, and request a formal second-opinion evaluation. Alternatively, our EMR allows sharing of your records with external physicians via a 48-hour secure link.
